Mr. Girges graduated from Alexandria University School of Law in 1986. He earned
a Master Degree in Corporate Law and Finance from Widener University School of
Law in 1994 and a Diploma in Judicial Studies from The National Center For
Judicial Studies in 1988.
Mr. Girges has been committed to a diverse practice since the outset of his
career. He commenced his practice in Alexandria, Egypt in 1986. In 1992, he
relocated to New Jersey.
Subsequently, he was employed by major New Jersey and New York law firms and
engaged in various and complex legal matters and, ultimately, launched his own
innovative law office to offer clients pragmatic and professional legal
representations.
Mr. Girges has significant experience in handling residential and commercial
real estate matters, including drafting of contracts, agreements, acquisition,
leases, institutional lending and other financing documents; preparing and
filing cooperative and condominium offering plans; preparing applications,
documents, motions, appeals and briefs relating to immigrant and non-immigrant
visas, employment certifications, naturalization, asylum and appeals; and
forming and drafting underlying documents relating to various types of business
entities.
Mr. Girges is bilingual (Arabic / English). His practice as a lawyer and
District Attorney in Alexandria, Egypt provided him with substantial experience
in drafting legal documents in Arabic and handling a variety of legal matters in
Egypt and the Middle East.
